Honestly, I think RWE is vital to the engineering of our PBRs. Since RWE/BEHL is in a JV, the employment is already there. We will once again need to tap into employing folks to maintain the PBRs at Palm Springs if we haven't received any revenue for construction/maintenance. Which is why i am worried about RWE not fulfilling its end of the deal right now.
Because it was to directly follow HQ in set up. So no mention of delays and here we are many weeks later with a small piece of information. It has nothing to do with maintaining as RWE has their own and knows how to do it. The parts were already shipped so that has nothing to do with it either and finally that 11 acres is months away from being a reality. So it is a big deal because BEHL published they would be up and running soon after and they are the first likely PBR to be up and running before any new system at the farm by MONTHS.......
