I ain't happy at the moment. When I time after time give you(Tom and Roger) the benefit of the doubt I expect you to then keep me informed in a timely manner - not the same ole same ole.
I think this is common courtesy and showing respect for me.
If he wants to make me happy at least tell me there is a holdup and the promised info will be out shortly. At least acknowledge your previous commitment.
