Well the big guns are coming out a blazing to keep Simon Properties from entering the fray.

I personally do not want SPG from getting into bed with GGP.

IMO having SPG aquiring GGP will be challenged by the govt. for anti-trust violations.

Having #1 & #2 becoming one company or under one companies control will not be allowed as being too large and would control the mall rental prices.

I am hoping that Westfield is sitting back watching this all play out and will come forward closer to the end and put in its offer which should force BAM to increase its offer all to the benfit of the share holders,which is the stated goal of GGP's BOD.
