I had a 10 cent stock in 1999 that bought back shares right before it jumped to 1.50.. I sold and two days later it was 2.30 but it was still a good hit.. ;)

Seems like they would have bought back shares while it was sub penny and before the national advertising campaign started because it will raise the share price, imo.
