To sue you will need proof of what you are suing about.

Also we have not even come by the day of the company speaking to see how things pan out.

Even still someone would have to do a lot of leg work, and I hope you have a lot of legs to collect the information. Not saying you could not, just expressing how hard it may be until everything has been documented and who was all involved, etc etc.

What part are you wanting to sue about that they have published?

why is everybody panicking?? just go by the facts. posc has a news coference at nasdaq on wednesday and they are not going to annnounce something negative there. look at the potential.. deal is already inked with major company. it may not go crazy after news but expect atleast double. problem here is biomed's previous pick's like rpc/rnn shot up more than expected and then dropped but if u look back they still more than doubled ur money even if u r a long... so keep faith, we are all going to be fine
