They rent from the CFO (Rodger Rowell) of Thresher and the property in being sold on May 10th on the county steps by the trustee ... last checked 4/28/2010 sale still was a go

They HAVE NO PERMIT to operate as a foundry they were shut down in 2007 .. When I read it in the lawsuit I knew there was more just took a few days to get..

That date ring a bell Lawsuit by Carden .. If any of you have read it you will remember this part item 31 violation of air board .. Not disclosed to Carden still think Cardens allegations were a lie... The sort and sweet I’m not retyping the whole thing..

They went into violation on June 1st 2007 shut down and they have never remedy it and in fact were demined on their application to use the foundry back on Jun 8th 2009..

How are they producing anything since 6/07 as they were shut down as foundry by the air board ?

I have the daily phone conversations faxes from Thresher you name it…. Good job Air board for keeping such detailed records…

Thanks for that, I'll give you a link to a new company that is worth billions now and it is not and does not have anything to do with Thresher but it was and is a quiet company that came up with a very valuable product in a warehouse smaller than the one thresher uses, and there original warehouse was not that impresive. They have since got a few huge investors and have moved up with their facility but still no name on the welcome sign.. Here is a link from (60 Minutes) to show peeps what can come from only a process and a very small product. And Mods I hope you won't delete this post, I know the link is not directly tied to THRR but I think it applies to the curent posts and conversations related to Thresher... IMO.... Thanks
