I thought that contracts or 'deals' might be in the way of answering many of these questions in the Investor Letter and it seems like that is Ken's main reason for delay.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my e-mail. I have posted this response on iHub and I am sure that this will come as a relief to many investors that were concerned about the lack of news from SDVI. Could you please clarify what May 17th represents? Is this when you expect to be able to release news or is this when the 'deals' will be completed?
