I doubt that Ingen has a choice. They were court ordered to pay
NIR. Notice the 9 Million block trades? They were probably executed by NITE or DOMS on behalf of NIR.

Expect the high volumes to continue until the AS is reached and
for the pps to continue to slip. jmo
