In order for me to get the 2nd POR I would have to send a written request to Meruelo's lawyers. That would take a few days via mail...how did you see it so quickly in order to post about what the plan entails today? Just curious.

I get the new equity thing, but I am still not clear as to the shareholders' treatment prior to the effective date. Sifting through the various claims, you will see:

"e. Class 53E Equity Interests
This Class is Unimpaired. The Holders shall receive the Common Equity Interest Treatment on account of their Equity Interests.

And throughout the chart under Section 2, I am seeing "MMP Equity Interests - 100% - Unimpaired."

So...??
