Well, to fill in someone new...
The company has:
Total Shares Authorized: 10,000,000,000
Total Shares Issued/Outstanding: 6,956,960,697

They could have just issued more shares, they have a lot more they can authorize (A/S). That could bring the outstanding shares (O/S) up substantially.
