Should be getting close and shorts are smart traders, so they should be covering as well. No other institution has filed any dockets to transfer shares either. So the “down pressure” should be coming to an end. We should either consolidate until good news hits, or “smart investors” who watch closely should realize a potential uptrend and jump on board before a jump in PPS happens.
