He doesn't care one way or the other. All he is trying to do is bash the stock for his own reasons.

This company has billions of shares outstanding and the float number that was posted in the IBOX was not accurate. So, although outstanding shares is not changing the number of shares in the float evidently is which means more of the O/S is now freely trading.

Like I said, I have never seen a legitimate shorting PR from a penny stock company. They all turn out to be crappy investments.
