We've had high volume days in the past without much movement in price, at least for that day. It would seems to me that high volume at the ask is more positive than negative, but who knows.
As far as averaging or nibbling, I did average down quite a bit when we here in the 40's and 60's the last time we were there. Like many of the longs, I'm out of money for averaging. I'm holding and hoping and picking on Excel occasionally.
