Actually, at this point, a lack of PR today is a very good sign.

Had they been unable to negotiate an extension to the closing, then the buy-out offer would be off the table as of 12:01 a.m. Saturday. One would think there would be a legal obligation to put out a release to that effect as soon as possible. Were that the case, I would have expected such news before the bell this morning.

The lack of information, suggests to me this is still in some kind of negotiating/finalization phase.
