Uhhh no and I would hope not. There are certain chat rooms out there, I wont say which, but they almost ALWAYS GUARENTEE BID WHACKING when they get a promising stock. If you're experienced in pennies you know not to pump in these certain chats... They are the ones infact that will not let this stock soar.
