You gave no specifics, just generalities. The generalities you point to have low orders of magnitude. If you add up all the the $ value of present suits by advertizers it's just several million $. Even the most optimistic longs recognize at least 500,000,000 shares. This works out less that a penny per share. Big deal.
The real shareholder law suit will come when weak kneed, get rich quick, lack of faithfuls sell out cheap and want their stock back after they found out that SPNG has been sandbagging.
Sandbagging will be hard to prove that since according to you and others they in fact have been pumping all along!
