Let's hear your beliefs. Here are mine. SPNG can't sell stock right now so they are living off their receivables. The only method they have to borrow cash is those receivables, after all who would lend them unsecured money? Those receivables are their own payment so why would they go bankrupt? I want to hear who you "think" is going to force them into chapter 11?

There are some significant unknowns associated with this company right now. For example, we don't know what the off-balance sheet liabilities are for this company, and they could very well be big enough all on their own to wipe this company out, and I believe they are.
