If anyone knows anything about Bankrupcy it is PRIORITY of Claims, COMMON shareholders are LAST, even behinf Preferred shareholders, and the preferred shareholders are none othe than out management team, YES even if BK they will place their interst above ours.

The Trustee gets controll of ALL assets, and pays off all liabilities, id ANY liabilities remeain, then Common Shareholders will get NOTHING.
