I wish we could at least hear that the tailings pond construction had started. The 60-90 day clock could start with that. Will the DWQ allow the mill to start making money before a water saving methodology is in place? That is actually possible, since reports have mentioned that it is unlikely the mill output contamination to ground water would travel very far/fast. But the non-reclaiming of water could be expensive and new water hard to get. IMO, it is conceivable we could be up and running before the tailings pond is built...but unlikely.
