All, I ran across the PR on the NYDEC website regarding their planned programmatic revamp of their solid waste management plan. It seems that JBII will fit right in with their efforts. Hopefully, this will help expedite our permitting and increase the trumpeting PR we get thrpough the DEC.

BTW, this programmatic focus would help explain why the DEC wanted some bleachers put in at the P2O factory, as reported by someone here who went to the AGM.
