First, I believe there is very little time to aquire shares at .06 or even .10 for a matter of fact.
Preferred B stock - what's that going to be used for???
Increase of shares to buy the shell company with????
Spinoff the copper property (LUCKY) into new shell
Shell company going to be equally owned by the (JV)company and new shell???
Preferred B given out as dividend stock in new shell???
Time will tell. Hoping to get another 50,000 or so at .06 to .065 on Monday or Tuesday. Windows closing on this.
