JW, You skipped a direct reply to the questions/facts I posted.

A little reasoning with your logic would have helped. What would have to happen before it stops trading anymore? If it is BK7 or BK11, then why has it not happened so far. Is there any other example like CORS that you know of, where holding company is not BK 8 - 9 months after FDIC seizure. What are they waiting for?

As it is,it already is in pennyland w/o any BK declaration. Most other Q's with guaranteed ZERO shareholder equity have been bouncing around lately.
