My opinion is that we have completed the purchase of an otcbb company. I also believe that the new shares are for this new company and a jv or possibly two! Lets see how this plays out Monday as this seems logical to get some early news this week. Anyone not looking at this as a HUGE DEVELOPMENT just doesn't get it or has blinders on! I thought our next trading range would be in the .25-.30 range. Oops I low balled that number by another quarter. I do have a question for experienced longs-does this mean katx completly moves to the otcbb or just certain properties? Glta

"Bottom line, Ken has earned the respect from investors as he has shown that any dilution would be ”good dilution” which will result in the growth of the company operationally and the growth of the company’s stock. It is very obvious that any dilution was not to line the pockets of the company, but was to instead grow the company which is very apparent from the events that have taken place, scheduled to take place, and from the price increase in the price of the stock. I think more respect should be warranted from what KATX has achieved thus far."

Increasing the sharecount can be a good thing, especially if the shares are fully priced and there is no big discount. This dilution is a very dramatic dilution since the sharecount is increased by almost 50 %. I have the impression that the posters here think that the shares are not fully priced. In such a context the point of departure is that this dilution is not good even if we cannot be sure since we don't know what it will lead to. If the intention is to finance exploration I think a much less dramatic dilution would have been better. If the coming exploration leads to good finds the pps will reflect that and it would have been possible to raise more money on better terms. This looks as if this company is taken advantage of in its efforts to finance coming activities.
