Was the 5 for 1 forward split announced May 2009 a PR? If so then in my book that was the last PR that was fulfilled, although not on schedule. So if AMNE issues a PR regarding RS, then in my book you can bet safe money THAT PR will be fulfilled. Of course, like the extra 5 Billion shares that just kinda, sorta, appeared out of nowhere, AMNE may not PR a RS. Can they do that legally?
