Mr Lucky, with due respect, you ARE participating in this lawsuit if you ARE a shareholder whether you are footing the bill or not. If Clawmann wins WE win. Just be grateful that someone is doing something good for the majority. Have faith that there are still good people in this world.

Mr. Clawmann, thank you so much for what you are doing. MAY SHOULD BE AN INTERESTING MONTH INDEED!

Mr. Clawmann may be one person in this world but to one person (me) he can make my world.

Lucky, there is a derivative suit with the goal of Neomedia receiving back ill-gained profits from YA. I would have assumed that you would welcome this development. You've claimed in the past that this Board sugar-coated YA's sins. Now there's a shareholder-initiated legal action attempting to rectify this problem. I seriously can't figure out what would make you satisfied..

Lucky, in the post I am responding to, you thanked me for doing this. And now you are complaining about the fact that it was done.

Explantation enough, I think, for why you were not included in the "circle of trust" as you call it. Sometimes one has to look at a bad situation and make a rational decision (based on a clear-headed assessment of the risks associated with doing this or doing that or doing nothing) as to what you are going to do and then pursue that decision, with contingency plans to address reasonably foreseeable scenarios as and when they occur.
