You are correct the massive dilution of 175M shares has killed the PPS from being at .03. Nothing to do about it now, it has happened. Unfortunately the rest of your statement is wrong because when diluting shares structure if there was no interest a different effect would have occurred from what has happened. What has been the trading range the last month? The past two months? The past Three? How about four?

Do you see a trend, more shares available and the same trading range, tells me that there is plenty of interest as those additional shares were absorbed by the same size investor base. That is a fact supported by both the historical trading pattern and the current financials posted on Pinksheets.

Final note, this board comprises of less than 5% of the total shareholders of this stock. Sorry to say but your analysis is really flawed as you have no concept of the basics here, not even the principles of dilution and its effects.

Why are you here malt if everything is as you say or believe? You still haven't addressed any issue that was responded back to you.

This board is for input, not just of the wall negative statements and pointing fingers. But I will answer one of your statements just for an example; the market does seem just as excited to receive algae product. If you did some real reading and research, there is much demand out pacing the supply at this point and just waiting. This is due part to the increasing demand that has been happening at a greater rate than the increase of supply.

Of course, anyone can list the obvious. But how about you give some real figures and linkable backup of those calculations and data correlating with the research. Even though I'm sure you won't, lets start with just a few suggestions for questions that have to do with everything you've stated.

What are the statistical revenues for startup developmental companies and how does BEHL fit in with that complete data (not just part)?

What is speculative investing? What are some of the enormous percentage gains that are possible even if a pps stays dormant, flat, trading range, etc for short period of time (3-6 months) as BEHL has done?

What is a business plan and what is it based on? Is it based on hypothetical revenue and future market share analysis? How does it match with BEHLs plan?

What really is the market demand numbers for any algae product and how can BEHL capitalize on that demand or what should they be doing different than what they are already doing?

What is the rate of increase of interest and dollar amount of money that has been directed to the manufacturing and usage of algae product from the government, military, corporate and private sectors? How is BEHL working towards to addressing those issues?

What is dilution, what is it used for including positive reasons, what should an investor look for or how should a company have valid reasons for using it? To what amount specifically for the individual company, market, etc and it still be reasonable? Based on what?

How many just use it to point the finger at it because it's easy, just to hear themselves speak, or other agenda?

What are the overall statistical numbers of A/S, O/S, etc to the general companies that are in the penny pps range and how does BEHL fit into that?

What is penny stock investing?

I could go on, but thats plenty to start with if your interest is in inputing real work or sharing real information with this board but you may have a different idea of what you want to do. But by not addressing some of these issues, many will form their opinion on your character and what your intent might be. Ok for one to be negative and critical, but not lazy or irresponsible. This is a give and take board, no one should be just taking (or just giving old worn out things, same thing), but giving real input that takes real time or effort. All IMO.

Fact 1: That the dilution occured just as the pps was entering a renaissance period was most unfortuneate.
Fact 2: The majority of the market ignores pink & bb stocks. Not a safe or sure investment by most standards.
Fact 3: Behl played the PR machine loose & often in the past, their credibility has suffered. They have changed their ways for the better but the damage is done.

#3 is the key, people will just wait on the side until positive, sustainable cash flow is a proven fact.

You can place your bets now at sub-penny when all the variables are hypothetical or wait for hard numbers and pay more. The only risk, a couple of zeros on the end of your percentage gains. :-) I'm in now I want those extra zeros.

I never said it was a done deal. We have a purchase order in hand.

Listen man, you obviously don't think that BEHL is a wise investment. Not a big deal. But why are you wasting your time here? Have you been so enlightened that you feel you must discourage others not to invest here? What a samaritan you are.
