cfg,i believe there is alot of things/events that don't add up.But the way things are going spng will have the whole year 2010 to file shortly.I have no problem with that because they have 45,000 locations/40-50 sku's and more new products coming soon.The 100 million$$ lawsuit file against nyp/defendants.Btw next week should get interesting with spng/class action suit.Friday may 7,2010/pacer i believe spng is going to ask and try to get it dismissed.Last thing everybody should remember this is only a penny stock trading on the grey's.I wouldn't under estimate spng for one minute.tia glta
