It is looking VERY strong for sure. I may have to pick up some more shares of SFI.

I have an order in for 1k PACR 6.50 as of Friday. Really hoping it will pull back, I think they'll beat this quarter too. If anything I might flip half.

Man, we were inundated with rain yesterday. We had a portable school classroom floating down I-24 about 10 minutes from here. It rained 9 inches in 6 hours at my parents. Craziness. They are calling for more today, yikes.

Man, it's getting creepy. I have 12" of water under my house right now and it is still pouring. It was raining so hard at one point it bent my brand new 6" gutters so it could pour over the side. Our house is where water should never hit, ever. Everything below us is flooded.
