Lets face it a BOD job at ERHC energy isn't too challenging. It could be what all longs hope for, a real position, or nothing more than a pay back to an ole buddy to fill a long overdue board position that is required by SEC rules. Yes, that is cynical, but there are a lot of no show jobs at ERHC energy that people are getting paid year round for a few months work each year. CEO comes to mind, as does VP Technical just to name two. The rest of the year they are who knows where. Oh yea, working their AZZ off for the share holders I believe is the common term here. Strass
