BWD - I spoke with a couple of the attorneys a few weeks ago. The main points were that (a) they were looking for a lead plaintiff (someone with more than $50,000 lost), (b) the various lawsuits would be consolidated, and (c) additional defendants such as officers, directors, auditors or others would be added as the facts developed.
