I would say that QASP is in for 51% of profits.
QASP will control 51% of the venture and recapture its $15 million investment plus interest prior to any distribution of profits.

I believe there is something you are not being told about 150m dollars worth of helicopter components and if you think about it...how might that fit into the need for helicopters on the mineseeker projects?

My DD tells me these components are more important than just a good deal and can be re-marketed.
