Someone with OTCBB experience... whatever that means...
That is kind of funny right there since I always thought that a CEO's experience should be more directed towards being able to run a successful company and a keen business sense. My cousin is a corporate head hunter and I would be really surprised if the first question that he asked of a prospective CEO would be "Say do you have OTCBB experience?" or "How many companies have you dilluted the stock into the billions of shares range in say the last two years?"
The new CEO doesn't need OTCBB experience in the first place since EXPH is a PINKY and that is exactly where they are going to stay until they learn to file on a regular basis and have the last two-three years AUDITED. Somehow just from watching this company for the last couple of years I don't think that this is something they want to happen so let's just go ahead and think pink.
