I've been saying it all along when the numbers started and kept growing.
When there are so many shares out there and the company isn't bringing in any money (mill has been shut down for how long now?) and they've used up all their connections to get any...the only way I can see for them to raise money will be to sell shares.
Believe me I don't want it to happen...but I see no other way for them to raise the money they need to do what they have to do.
