Thanks for the added info.

I saw they have overtaken Genzyme in Europe in Fabry. Back when TKT (Europe) was battling Genzyme they maintained marjority market share for quite some time (impressively so). I think Shire dropped the ball a bit when they acquired them (or maybe I am just a bitter x-TKT shareholder seeing things in my Rose colored glasses :-) ).
