The PR specifically and ONLY says "The Company announced that it has appointed New York based Westor Capital Group as Placement Agent..."

In plain English, it ONLY says they appointed this group. No where does it say they have ALREADY placed notes. Believe you me, if ARSC had already received $1M, they would not have hesitated to PR that.

You keep reading into the PR what is NOT there, and ARSC worded it exactly that way...so it could be mis-construed to sound like a bigger deal than it is....just like every previous fluff PR.

What happened to Highland? They were hired to do basically the same thing.
