The company pays for it. I've read that normal 800 numbers cost the company 6.5 cents per minute, so Go800 is a better deal.

Think about it for just a sec. You sent a text msg. If you have a texting plan you pay nothing additional. If no text plan, you will pay for the text. Now the company is going to call you back. They are the ones that will pay that charge, THEY called YOU. :)
