Hey Eco. The put could have been exercise. The filing states beneficial ownership of common stock. Also, note the outstanding shares amount at the end of the filing was for March 23, but wait this filing was for April 28. The outstanding shares should be closer to April 28, there is over a month elapsed. I don't like that. My gut thinks it has gone through. Maybe Mhan folded, being that Nordic is the JV and they have funded Mhan for a long time. I think we see an update soon.
