First of all - the Plan of Reorganization has not been voted on and approved as yet and the Judge has yet to approve procedures for filing Objections to the Plan.

How the distributions work is in this way -


Since Class 3 is receiving 2 distributions it will attain a full payout before Classes 4, 6, 7, 8, and it is when Class 3 is paid in full that Class 5 can start receiving their distributions.



Class 3 - receives 2 distributions - 1 from Class 5


Class 4 - receives 1 distribution


Class 5 - receives 1 distribution - and is reallocated to Class 3


Class 6 - receives 1 distribution


Class 7 - receives 1 distribution


Class 8 - receives 1 distribution
