This isn't a big board stock so they can pretty much do what they want.

I posted it sometime back, its in the filings from when they were a BB and not pink yes they can! The old filings tell alot, and yes this is the same co and with a higher debt than back then. I believe its around 16 million and every month they add atleast 1/2 million to that.
I can back up what I say I was in this over 2 years ago, and anyone who trust SH is crazy, he was very nice to me when i spoke with him, he is slick, and knows just what to say, don't let him fool you.
