Because, 1) without adequate funds to show the ability to complete pre-clinical and early clinical testing NNVC is at the mercy of the market and Big Pharma. 2) What happens if today's range is tomorrow's top? No one knows what the impact of Euro financial weakness will be and no one can project that today's bullish sentiment will hold even another month. 3) even completing the full shelf of $40 million would mean a dilution of less than 30 million shares, which would put enough money into the treasury to take one drug all the way through Phase 1 testing. Waiting risks even greater dilution.
