That really isn't grounded in truth. The only requirement for a tender offer that would be seen by shareholders is the notification of the offer, which is where you got your .01/share statement from =).

as you are well aware, THRR is not subject to the same sec rules....major shareholders of record as of Dec 09 (all owning more then 5% of the company) SEVEN 7 and not ONE not ONE not ONE sec filing.
