William Fritz owns close to 50 million shares, and Chaz Fritz owns 17 million shares. To sell a million before the end of the year is not dumping. And, they cannot sell shares based on information that is not known to the general public. There are strict rules on selling when you are a corporate director. I have been investing for a long time and I have learned that owners often have no clue on what their companies stock price will do. Don't you think if Fritz Sr. had known the stock was going to .30 he would have waited on selling his 1.59 million back in November. Unless you see them selling large quantity, sit back and relax, nothing has changed.

RE: joedimaggio I agree. Plus it is my understanding that they can issue up to 1 billion shares over time. If this is right some of their compenstation down the road may come from this cache.
