Good point! After re-reading the PR which I did after reading this post of yours, I see there is NOTHING in the PR that says the acquisition was completed recently. Just says that it was completed which means it may have been completed many months ago. Does smell like a "we needed to announce something" as we confess the massive share count increase.
invest1980 has probably I think the closest assessment of the truth.
IF Matin was in a hole and deception gets him and the company out by issuing shares at around $2, we could accept that for our future benefit.
The problem with that though is his last press release seems like the time to have come out straight if the needed money and books can be straightened out for the future.
His last press release though is probably as invest1980 explained a continued deception. The odds for a good ending look bleak.
