Darden Restaurants (Parent for Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Smokey Bones, Bahama Breeze, and Seasons 52) is already using something similar to FIRMS at some Red Lobster locations with a portable printer for the check. Darden is based here in Orlando, about 5 minutes from my house.
