This just in...<deet, da-deet-deet> The matter before Judge Nuffer today was a Nevada Silver (pla) motion "to compel discovery" (granted). WUCC (dft) now has 14 days to file for attorney's fees (?), and NS has an additional 14 days to respond. That's pretty-much it.

This was per an afternoon tele-con with the Dist. Ct. clerk's office. In a nut-shell, it sounds like the other side is about to be served-up another U-Haul full of docco's to wade through
