Well you're right, they do have "games"...and electronics, and candy, and popcorn and used videos and...well...magazines...and..um...
But seriously, at the end of the day...the numbers tell the story. Netflix captured a HUGE portion of target market away from Blockbuster due to common sense pricing and ease of ordering videos---so you don't have to "de-a**" your seat and drive 5 miles down the road to pick up/drop off a video.
