I agree it is a BAD close today and we could break .50 soon. Patience wearing out here and the early buyers are cashing out more frequently so negative tech analysis developing.

I do not know about .37 target but it is possible.

Does that mean that the charts are telling the FDA what to decide ? You mean the price of the stock means that the dominion did not get approval? Please explain how this analysis works. TIA
