Those aren't retail investors. It wouldn't be worth it. Most likely MM's shifting shares around for AON orders.

Could be a number of things going on. Some people will put in bid support and the MMs pick off small chunks of these orders to show down ticks and screw with investors. Also, MMs will swap shares to move the market (NITE is a master at this junk). Most of these trades are not retail investors.
