I heard that Panama is where all the cranes that built Dubia are going. Major construction about to happen.

You are absolutely correct in everything you say about Panama . I have been maybe 20 times in the last 8 years with work and i would totally recommend it to anybody . I do not speak Spanish but i have never struggled with conversation . Beautiful place too . Love it .
