Everything came to a standstill about a year ago. Richards is owed about 750k outstanding plus the 750 he converted into shares. My assumption would be either they restart the company with the outstanding issues cleaned up or the sell the shell after a RS. My hope is that Javelin is not involved. What AERP did with moving assets while not totally ethical its legal and made business sense. The Nascar suits have pretty much gone nowhere and seem to be dragged out in defintely. If there is movement occurring maybe we'll get some final resolution. If not I can take a 3k loss for a few more years...
